Rental prices per week per house (VAT included) :
Day of arrival : During season: arrival / departure on Saturdays and always a minimum stay of 7 nights is required . Before 1/7 and after 26/8 the day of arrival is free (not on Sundays) . Arrival in high season starts at 4 pm . Notify necessary if you arrive later than 8pm. Departure on final day at the latest by 10 AM.
In the price are included :
WIFI in house and on parc • Use sports and swimming facilities • consumption of water , electricity and heating • use of our parking lot beside the house • lounger and parasol at swimming pool
When renting directly through us, the garage and the use of the air conditioner are completely for free.
Not included in the above prices and to arrange the spot to the front desk and pay :
• Any benefit that is not mentioned above
• Tourist tax from 14 years ( + / – € 0.60 per person per night )
• Deposit € 300 ( by credit card Visa or MasterCard )
• Hire of bed linen ( bed linen + towels + bath towel ) : 16 Euros per person per week ( every week should be changed ) = > NOT required
• Cot ( 0-2 years ) : 30 Euros / stay .
• Baby seat ( 0-2 years ) : 30 Euros / stay .
• OBLIGATORY : Cleaning must be arranged at the reception area on the ground and is not included in our price : 65 Euros
• Use washing machine at reception : 5 Euros . • Use dryer at reception : 2 Euros .
• Rent mattress lounger at the pool : 3 Euros per day .
You also have the opportunity to be pampered by booking in advance following extras added : Comfort Formula If you book this formula , following extras are included: beds made on arrival , bed – bath and kitchen towels , refreshing the towels in the middle of the week . 35 Euros per person per week
